Your orders are sent to you within the delivery times we determine according to the stock status of the products. Detailed information is given below.
• If it is a product in stock: Delivery time is 3 working days.
• If it is a product out of stock: The delivery times specified in each product are valid.

Shipping Information
The shipping information of your orders is evaluated as within and outside of Istanbul.
• The shipping fee within Istanbul belongs to us and the delivery time is 3 working days.
• It is sent to the cargo or warehouse companies to be notified by the customer in transportation outside of Istanbul, with a counter payment.

Things to Consider When Receiving Products
While receiving your products, there should be no opening, tearing, crushing, wetting, etc. in the shipment. check if there is a problem. Never accept the delivery when you see a problem.
